The Kinetic Brake

The Kinetic Brake is a self-adjusting bicycle brake assembly, US Patent 7,537,094 B1.

The Kinetic Brake is a caliper type brake that improves the braking characteristics for bicycles and also provides an anti-lock feature.

The brake has a sub-assembly that is adaptable to other types of calipers, variant caliper and cantilever bicycle bakes that are currently on the market. 

This retrofit would improve the braking characteristics of these brakes.
